Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our laboratory team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
